Buyer has got two opportunities to dowload: right after the purchase with Paypal's Complete Purchase button, and with the emailed receipt. How do I eliminate the emailed downlink--so that the only time a buyer downloads is via Paypal's button?

Although I won't recommend it as it's a bad idea to remove the backup email (in case client does not go to the thank you page after sale), you can do that by enabling templated email in product configuration and leaving the email text field empty.
