I have been trying to view my transaction log this morning and keep getting an error message that it will not be available until November 28th? I don't see anything about it in the Ejunkie status section of the forum.

I cannot view my transaction logs since this morning too....and I cannot check whether my customer received the code or not. I hope E-junkie could fix this problem immediately.

Thanks,
Buddy

One your admin said it should be available by later today, but now already the second day, could you tell us meanwhile it is under repaired, is the system still sending the product to customer or not?

The system is working fine as far as sending product. Just can't view the transaction log. No real biggie but it's sure nice to have.

I see the logs are back but amounts are showing as zero for the majority of my transactions so my totals are not accurate. Also, you can only select "all products" or manually select one other product. Before I could hit "ctrl" and manually select 2, 3 or 4 or my products. I have very similar products that might actually be 4 different products. I used to be able to manually highlight these products and see how they are doing in aggregate. Now I can only view one at a time? Anyway, we can get the functionality back to the way it was.

Are you selling on eBay? The amounts that show up as 0 .. are they for sales from past 2 days or before?

Due to additional load logs put on our servers, we can only allow looking up logs for one product or all. Sorry :(

Yeah, the "0" amounts are from ebay. They are todays sales though and some within the last hour. My website sales are the only ones showing amounts as of now.

There is some functionality missing from the new logs. I can no longer click the top of a column to have it arrange items in order (by amount of sale, last name, etc). Is there a way to get this ability back?

Also is there any rhyme or reason to how the sales are arranged now? Sales appear out of order with multiple items that a customer bought spread out throughout the log. With no way to organize the log it is hard to see who bought what and when.

Thanks in advance.

Sales are arranged in latest first order. The sort has been removed to avoid additional load on the servers. You can however download the logs and then you can sort them easily .. it is a little inconvenient but it was necessary for us to remove the sort from online logs to make for performance reasons.
