Can coupons be applied to a set of SKUs, such that a bundle could be discounted? (In other words, buy these three titles and get 25% off?) And in such a case, does the reporting make clear exactly how much each of the SKUs in the bundle was discounted?

Coupons can only be based on the total amount and will be applied to all the items in cart OR they can be created per item and will apply to that particular item only.

You can create a "package" product too which already has other products in it and then create a coupon for it.
