Is there a code that e-junkie uses to allow my site to check the database when i make a purchase and refresh the quantity left on my website?

You can use our integration feature to inform your site of each sale so you can keep your stock entries in sync with ours.

If stock balance in our database is not enough for customer request quantity, how can I message my customer?

If you enable the Inventory Control setting for a product, you can specify how many units of that product can be sold thru your E-junkie cart before the product becomes unavailable. If you happen to oversell a product, just email your buyer to inform them that you are out of stock and offer to either send the item when it is available again or just send a refund for that item. There is no way to directly synchronize your E-junkie product configs here with a database on your end, but you may be able to program something at your end that can take advantage of our integration instructions:
