admin blank building button buttons code delete down download drop edit field firefox mac menu obtain product products respond safari select service try website

I am excited to try this service, but I can't download the button code for some reason. There is a blank field "Select Product" (drop down menu which does not drop down) and buttons "Back" "Edit" "Get Button Code" "Delete" all of which do not respond in either Firefox or Safari Mac OS X 10.4.10.

Please advise on how I can obtain button code to add to my website that I am building.

Button will work when the drop down has products which will happen when you first add products using Admin > Add Product.
