If someone replies to the thank you email, does it go nowhere - or does it get forwarded to me?

The thank you email is sent with your name and email address (display name and email that you enter in E-junkie Admin > Profile). If buyer hits reply the email is sent to you. That's directly from buyer to you, there is no forwarding involved.
