A few weeks ago I purchased some finance software online from a website through you. I have had several questions regarding the software and have sent several emails to the address you supplied when I purchased the software. To date, I have heard nothing and wonder if you have a phone number for this business. I am really annoyed that they haven't got back to me.

We are only technology providers to merchants and don't have any information about their product. We also don't have their contact information apart from their email, and as per our terms of use, we can only disclose merchant information to law enforcement.

If you have not heard from the merchant, you can contact the merchant via the payment processor you used to pay them.

In case that's PayPal, the merchant will have to respond else the payment will be reversed.

I hear you about approaching the person I bought something off directly, but I have done and have heard nothing back os you're my last resort.
I bought a couple of albums from nicepeter.com but the links that were sent by ejunkie both were expired straight away. What can be done?

You can contact the payment processor and open a dispute in which case either seller needs to respond to you or PayPal forces a refund.
