Is there a way for us to request attendee information when selling 4 tickets in one transaction or are we limited to the information of the purchaser only?

You can enable redirection (see topic in our help page) for the product to a page on your site where you can collect that information or you can customize your thank you page on E-junkie (see topic in help page) and add an html form for the buyer to fill up and provide that information.
