accounts admin blank download edit entered feature field file hosted internally plan priced products remote starting subscribed uploaded url

I have been going to do this for a while but am just now starting. I put 9 products up and most work Ok, but a couple give a blank file download - can you tell me what i did wrong?

Make sure you have the right file uploaded and nothing entered in "remote url" field in Admin > Edit Products unless you are using an internally hosted file with e-junkie. That feature only works for products priced at least 0.99 and for accounts which have subscribed to at least $18 plan.
