buyers checked configuration download due email incorrect link logs mail paypal processed product recieving template templated transactions

My buyers are are telling me that they are not recieving any mail from e-junkie with the download link. They are just getting the paypal mail.

I do however see the transactions processed in E-junkie logs.

That can happen due to incorrect configuration of your product (like if download box is not checked or if templated email box is checked without an email template).
