The discount field goes in our cart (we show it automatically) and as for variants, we will provide dropdowns for each variation and you can simply replace those with checkboxes or anything else that you want.

Alternatively, you can see our customization section in the help page which explains how you can use on0,on1,os0 and os1 parameters to pass custom data.
