Maybe e-junkie does not replicate that code?
I'm using the same sandbox account with a cms called Expression Engine that has a bare bones ecommerce module that works with paypal. The links that system generates using the same sandbox account takes me to a page that says "Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout." that when clicked requires me to create a paypal account. I don't see any option to purchase without being forced to create a paypal account.]]>
