I tried the PayPal again and it's giving me a reciept online and in email. There's a button on the receipt that says "Complete Purchase". If it said "Download Purchase" it might make sense, but it's coming up at a timing point in the process that is apparently after the purchase is complete. Do you know what it does? That will happen if you paid using an echeck or payment could be pending due to settings in your paypal account. Once you accept the payment, paypal will ask and save your preference. Product will be delivered as soon as the payment clears.

Google checkout said "click here to retrieve" and you'll get an email.
