Although it does remember my username and password at times, E-Junkie is the ONLY site I have in my list of dozens of bookmarks that keeps erasing my login and password on a consistent basis (I'm using Firefox). Also, CTRL-V doesn't seem to work consistently so copy-pasting my password is frustrating also.

Using Flash for a login box is cool and all, but come on E-Junkie, "coolness" or "customer usability?" What's the better business choice? Why does the customer have to jump through hoops, delete cookies all the time, etc, when every other site has it right?

I'm typing this post after about the hundreth time of typing in my username and password. It's aggravating. E-Junkie, are you really listening or are you just going to file this post away with a stock response?

"It may be a cookie issue" or "see if it works then" is not satisfactory response. Please *fix* the issue. Thanks E-Junkie! You would seriously be a perfect service if not for this glitch!]]>

If our setting to "Keep me logged in for future visits" isn't working for you, that may be a cookie issue. Try deleting your browser cookies, or at least any cookies identified with e-junkie.com, close and restart your browser, and then try logging in again with that setting enabled, see if it works then.

BTW, it seems someone doesn't like all this talk of deleting cookies:
