I tried using the Cart Discounts but as I'm no good at percentages couldn't get it to work and then it would always apply the discount to the initial t-shirt price and not only to additional items.

Can anyone help? I need to get this sorted this week.

I'm setting ou a t-shirt store on a friends website and want to specify the shipping costs so that for domestic shipping it's $5, international $12.
