Let's take an example, my webpage page is http://www.mydomainame.com and I wanted to give it to my affiliate who has an ID: webmaster so his affiliated webpage will be http://www.domainname.com/ mbrs/webmaster or whatever. The important thing is to give him an afiliated webpage to let him generate sales. And The links into the http://www.mydomainame.com webpage will be rebranded for my affiliate.
