Would your outages over the weekend have prevented some order notifications to have been blocked or missed? I received at least 1 Google Checkout order, that had successfully cleared, but received no notificiation from e-junkie.

What else may I have missed during your few hours of downtime?

I suggest you that all merchants review all your orders over the weenend for errors and ommissions.]]>

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

In your own words "To put it in simple words, our servers (cornerstone of YOUR online business) are mean and strong machines connected to Internet with a big fat pipe."

WELL THAT PIPE IS LEAKING - FIX IT PLEASE. WE ARE PAYING YOU FOR THIS PIPE.]]>
