Why doesnt e-junkie have someone that can reply to the technical parts of the problems.

A person that just does cut and paste replying i sonly needed if you site doesnt organize your features and doesnt explain how to use them well. can you explain how and why this is. all these affiliate settings are confusing and feel that im going to set something wrong now and learn later that it is going to cause others selling my product problems in the futute with their links.
