In order to put the "View Cart" where I wanted it on the page I used a html horizontal and vertical position. (hspace="790" vspace="72") I thought I was clever until I noticed the horizontal scroll issue, and had the complaints from customers that no one else on e-junkie had.

Now I've added it with CSS and it's working but it's probably not pretty behind the scenes. It sounds like a rare problem and he was able to purchase by right clicking and opening in a new window. So I guess I won't worry about it unless someone else complains too.
