Of the 24 mp3 files on my site, ony two had failed to upload. My first buyer happened to select one of those two to download, and I - defying all odds - chose the other one when running my test.

So I assumed there was a problem across the board when really only two files were affected.

Thanks for your responses.]]>

I tried purchasing several of the mp3 downloads, and the result was the same every time.

They're all separate products, and I believe they uploaded properly - judging by the duration of the uploads.]]>

That means that there was no file uploaded for the product. You can check that by goin to seller admin > edit product]]>

The first buyer reported that his downloaded file was not an mp3. It contained 0 bytes and would not open. I tried making purchases myself and got the same result.

The purchase and notification process appears to be going as it should, but the product is not being delivered to the customer.

I've submitted a support request and have put a notice on my site suspending purchases until this is resolved.]]>
