We have PayPal Pro for our merchant services.

It sounds like using eJunkie's USPS calculated shipping would be a more fair and accurate shipping method for our customers, since PayPal uses a flat rate method.

I am correct in my understanding?

The price for shipping one poster in one tube is correct. ($2.66 Shipping + .55 Tube)
The price for shipping two posters in one tube is also correct. ($4.60 shippping + .55 Tube)

The price for shipping 3 posters should be the two prices above added together ($8.36). It is not. The price for shipping three posters appears as $7.44.

I've tried to reverse engineer how it comes up with that price, but I can't for the life of me. That's what it does. I'll suggest that you take everything in account (handling cost, shipping cost increase due to weight increase) to match the numbers.
