While I understand it is probably not a high priority, Texas sellers are breaking the law if they use your product... It would be great if this could be fixed. I can't imagine it is that hard to throw in a button to have the tax applied AFTER the shipping and handling charges.

Google just has one radio button to select when taxes are applied...]]>

It appears E-junkie only applies tax to the product.

I see that Google Checkout has an option to apply the tax to shipping and handling as well, but Google Checkout's settings apparently don't override E-Junkies.

Is there a solution for this? Essentially, E-Junkie is calculating the wrong tax for anyone who uses this product in Texas to sell to someone else in Texas.

Just trying not to run afoul of the law!]]>
