Is this still the case? The reason I ask is that I think I've managed to do this or I'm missing something.

Under the heading 'Simple sales tax/vat settings' I have entered 15% into the 'sales tax/VAT rate' box.

In the EU VAT settings, I have 'checked' the 'Charge VAT' box.

Additionally, I have 'checked' the 'Charge sales tax and VAT on shipping and handling'.

Now when I add items to my cart the item total does not increase, but the shipping appears to have 15% added on.
