We have identified that some IPNs may be delayed for subscription payments that occurred since May 25, 2008 2:00 AM PDT (May 25, 2008 10:00 AM BST). This delays also affects non-subscription IPNs. We are actively monitoring the issue and it is expected that the backlog will be cleared in the next 4 to 5 hours.
