Our default Item Numbers are sequential, so this leads me to the explanation that you added both products in your Admin, got the button code for 210085 to paste into your page, and then at some point deleted 210085 leaving only 210078.

I also noticed that you don't have any file uploaded for the 210078 product, although it has the Single File Download setting enabled. You can go into Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select a product in the menu (if you had more than one) and click Edit to view or change the selected product's settings. On the first screen of settings for a product, you will find its Upload Product File button. Other possible causes of the "This product combination does not exist" message:
- Your product's settings may have an expiration date which has passed;
- Your Account Preferences may be set to make all products unavailable until some future date;

I have been trying to figure this out for a while. Please see the site www.connexin.co.uk/shop.htm

It adds product fine, and view products in cart fine, but it doesn't do that cool effect as other users'.

On Frontpage, I tried pasting the view cart button generated from the same product, (but the view cart button is same for all products) the cool effect was working, but I couldn't add products into the cart, it keeps saying it's empty.
