Domestic orders will be FREE

Can you confirm that I just need to set Domestic to 0.00 and International to 1.00?

Yes, that is correct. :^) Also make sure you delete your zipcode from Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings > Shipping Origin, so that would disable USPS rate lookups.]]>

TysonDid you mean to say an order for 3 items adds shipping of 41.91? That's because you have set the weight of each unit of the product as 13.97, so (3 units) x (13.97) = 41.91.

If you would rather charge only 13.97 for every set of up to 3 units -- i.e., a flat-rate of 13.97 per box, with each box holding up to 3 units -- then go into Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings and set the weight of a container to 13.97, then edit your product to give it a shipping weight of 0.00, packaged in that same container with a capacity of 3.

Me Again...

Great App. Been using it for a while now.

I have the same problem again.

I have just updated one of my product to test my new shipping criteria.

The product will ship at 13.97 to international customers.

Here is what I have done.

The product in question has Shipping enabled and set a Weight equal to 13.97.

I have set the package quantity to 3

Shipping Calculator:
Domestic = 0 International =1

My problem is that when 3 items are order for this product, I get 41.97

Hope you can help.

Many Thanks in Advance,

J.J.]]>

You could perhaps set up normal shipping calculation along with a Cart Discount code that takes 100% off shipping if the Min. Order Total is at least $99, so buyers would need to enter that code in their cart manually to get that discount, and you would promote that discount code clearly stating it's for US buyers only and make the code itself something obvious like "FreeShipUSA", but there would be nothing to prevent a buyer outside the US from entering that code, so you'd need to keep an eye out for those cases and contact buyers who do so before you ship their order.]]>

This was very helpful! Thank you.

Is there any way to only give US free shipping on orders over $99?]]>

If you are using USPS postal rates:
- Go into your Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings;
- Select United States and enter your zipcode under Shipping Origin;
- If you only want to ship/sell to certain countries, select them in the Shipping Destinations list;
- Set your Domestic rate to -1 and leave International blank (or 0.00);
- Do not enter any Handling charge nor any Cost for any Container Type (leave at 0.00);
- Configure an accurate weight (in oz.) for each (empty) Container Type you will use;
- Configure each product with Shipping enabled and an accurate shipping weight per unit.

If you are not using USPS postal rates:
- Go into your Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings;
- Select United States in Shipping Origin but leave the zipcode blank;
- If you only want to ship/sell to certain countries, select them in the Shipping Destinations list;
- Set your Domestic rate to 0.00 and International to 1.00;
- Do not enter any Handling charge nor any Cost for any Container Type (leave at 0.00);
- Configure each product with Shipping enabled and set a Weight equal to the amount you would charge to ship each unit of that product abroad.]]>

Has there been any progress on this? I would like to have Free Shipping to US only automatic coupon.

As it is now anyone would get the discount in any country.

Thanks]]>

One thing occurs to me, if you expect nearly all of your business will be within the EU, you could go into Admin > Cart Shipping Settings and select France and all other EU countries (or at least those you wish to ship to) in the Shipping Destinations list. Buyers would then be unable to select any destination country other than those, so effectively your International rate would apply only to the EU, although you would be unable to accept orders going outside the EU. Then when we add support for per-country custom rates eventually, you could define the EU rate for each EU country there and use the International rate for countries outside the EU.]]>

But what about my second question:

"Isn't there a way to create a discount based on people's delivery country? Let's say shipping is 6 euros for EU and 7,50 for the rest of the world, could people from the EU get a 1,50 euros discount when ordering or is that totally impossible?"

Thanks again

I want to have an item available with a shipping price for my country (France), then another one for European Union and then for the rest of the world. So if this is not possible, is my only solution to create 2 shipping prices? One for Domestic and one for International (rest of the world), knowing that people inside the EU will pay more for shipping than they should?

Isn't there a way to create a discount based on people's delivery country? Let's say shipping is 6 euros for EU and 7,50 for the rest of the world, could people from the EU get a 1,50 euros discount when ordering or is that totally impossible? Sounds quite complicated, isn't it? :-)

Thanks a lot in advance,

Brett]]>

Free shipping for customers within the EU
£4.95 for customers outside the EU.

Shipping cost will be charged based on units purchased for international customers.

How do I achieve this?]]>
