1. Set the weight of small box to 1 and price to 0 (ounce)
2. Set the cost of domestic shipping to 5 and international shipping to 10 ($ per ounce)
3. For each of your products, set the weight to 0, packaging type to small box and capacity to a high number .. like 10,000

I want to charge a flat fee for shipping, no matter what order size is. But on the other hand I want to charge $5 for domestic (US) orders and $10 (also no matter what is the size of the order) for international orders. So how do I set it up using e-junkie shopping cart?
