Can we customise the email sent with our artwork?
Could the email ticket be numbered and relate to an ID card number?]]>

Sending stored codes should issue consecutive codes from the list when multiple units are ordered. However, if your list of codes goes "A1,A2,A3,A4,Aetc...,B1,B2,B3,B4,Betc..." then there's a chance someone could order multiple tickets and get issued seat numbers at the end of one row and the beginning of the next, which would be across the room from each other. For this reason, you should specify the order of your "seating codes" in serpentine fashion, going up one row and down the next, e.g. "A1,A2,A3,A4,Aetc...,B20,B19,B18,B17,Betc..." so at least split-row assignments would be directly in front/behind each other.]]>

If you are using the Send Stored Codes feature, you would just provide a comma-separated list of seat codes (e.g. "A1,A2,A3,A4,B1,B2,B3," etc...), which would issue one code to the buyer for every ticket they ordered. If you use the Send Generated Codes feature, you would provide the URL of a script at your end that would generate a seat code to be issued to the buyer.

If you wish, you can use your E-junkie Transaction Log to obtain a list of all buyers for the ticket product, so you can confirm paid attendance at the door or will-call ticket booth. See more suggestions on selling event tickets here:

Short version: I am trying to figure out if I can use e-junkie carts to sell tickets that have preassigned seats.

Longer version: I will be selling concert tickets for different venues. Most of them have numbered seats therefore tickets have seats assigned as well. I need to be able to set up my shopping cart so I can enter all available seats. When a customer buys a ticket, this particular seat is removed from my inventory thus it is not sold twice. Is it possible with e-junkie cart?

Thank you!]]>
