That is fine for digital delivery, but for a physical product I see no need for them to click that email and some of my customers have complained by the high number of emails they receive when they order my products.

I saw on this page: http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/1666 that E-JunkieExpert recommends that I do this:

The pending orders in the database is the default behavior unless you have disabled it from Admin > Preferences.


However, I see no Preferences screen, and I do not see an option for disabling this from the Account Preferences or Payment Preferences screens.

What is the actual option to turn off this unnecessary email? And is it possible to do on a product by product basis or only on your account as a whole?]]>
