Different browsers and settings may have different ways of treating the popup cart, so depending on that browser behavior and the buyer's browser settings, it may not be obvious that anything happened when clicking the Add to Cart button. For instance if the popup window or tab doesn't get brought to the front, the buyer would need to notice that a new tab had appeared in their tab bar or a new window had appeared in their taskbar.

Again...it does not explain how the good code that was there for the past 2 weeks "broke" overnight. for other people. I went in this morning and created new buttons. I'm using the code that the button page gave me when I follow the directions to "right click - select all - right click - copy".

Sounds like I should select and copy by hand.

But that doesn't explain why the codes that used to work stopped working, and why some people are successfully purchasing and others can't....

I'll go back and change all the codes again. When I checked the new buttons in Firefox 3, they didn't work. About 5 minutes later, they stopped working in Opera, too. And they don't work in IE either.

What's going on? any suggestions on what I can do on my end? I've been using e-junkie for about 6 months and never had a problem before. But this really concerns me...how many buyers didn't bother to email me? how many sales am I losing while I'm typing this?]]> E-junkie Discussions; green
