Clients are added to that page by request only, and only after meeting our approval for general design and implementation quality. I can think of a couple sites in particular that have devised some very interesting custom features to add to our buttons and cart:

CommonCraft has devised a way to add a License Agreement checkbox which must be checked before the buyer can use the Add to Cart button:

MuvEnum Audio has devised something where adding a download item to the cart will show a link in the cart for buyers to add a physical CD item to the order as well:
