Everyone who is testing should start with a clean slate by clearing their browser cookies. The problem I described could crop up for anyone who is testing your cart while you are making changes to those product settings or your general cart settings in your Seller Admin at the same time.]]>

Sometimes when a Seller is testing a cart at the same time as adding/editing/deleting products and settings in Seller Admin, their cart-tracking cookie can get confused, so deleting cookies would solve that for you.]]>
