E-junkie is just a software service they use to manage their own Affiliate program independently, so we can't really advise you on what instructions they may want you to follow or how they choose to administer their program.

Most merchants pay out monthly lump-sum commissions via PayPal sometime after the close of each month, but your merchant may choose to pay out their commissions differently.
