You do not need to pay any subscription fee to E-junkie simply to use your E-junkie account to track your referrals and commissions for any affiliate program. We don't know anything about any payments or fees that any particular seller such as "smartapps" may require for you to use their own products or services.

Sellers don't normally require any fee to participate in their affiliate program, since the whole point of an affiliate program is that you're helping them sell their products to make money for both of you, so why would they charge you money to make money for them? If they're providing you with additional services or materials, like marketing resources such as your own Web page or site where you can sell for them, then they might charge some sort of fee to build and host that page for you, but that has nothing to do with the E-junkie software's affiliate system.]]>
