Thanks for looking into this.

How will we know when the issue is resolved and/or there is new information? Will you post it here or elsewhere, so I know where to look?

Thanks again,

Tried both of your suggestions, but still no stamp. Any idea what else could be going wrong?

Also, make sure that the password you are providing in the Payment Variable Info URL is your password for editing the file, not the buyer's password for reading the file, since we need to edit the file to add the stamp. :^)]]>

I'm trying to use the very cool PDF stamp you offer, but even though I added it as a feature several hours ago, it's still not showing up on my download.

The current PDF that I'm trying to put the stamp on was created in Nitro PDF and includes security features (no changes without a password (which is not given to the purchaser) and low res printing only) -- will these settings perhaps keep E-Junkie's stamp from being added because the stamp constitutes a change to the document?

If this is the case, do I have to choose between Nitro PDF's security settings and the stamp? :-(

Any help would be appreciated -- this feature is a terrific idea and I hope I get to use it!

Thanks in advance,
Clare
