I think I have finally sorted this out. But this was not straightforward. Certainly not user friendly! I put in the figures I want, but clearly the website is not working properly. I have reported this loads of times, but these people are doing nothing to solve the problem.

They keep sending me instructions to set up my shipping costs, but the instructions do not work. This is very frustrating.

Anybody have a suggestion for how to solve this?
