Your Thank-you Page customizations would not be altered if you did not edit them, and whatever custom code you provide would always be inserted in your Thank-you Page. Extra code you want added the same to every thank-you page for every purchase would go in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences > Common Thank-you Page HTML field; code you want to add to the thank-you page only for purchase of certain specific product(s) would go in the Message (HTML) field in each product's settings.

Maybe Statcounter might have some new code you'd need to use? Also, if Statcounter tracking is cookie-based You might also be interested in some of the information explained here:

During the same time period there were other transactions that were tracked just fine, using the identical Statcounter code. I can't imagine what is causing the erratic behavior of the code, since I haven't touched the code either in Statcounter or in E-J. Ideas?]]>
