I responded to your question in e-mail but I will also put the answer here in the forum.

It is possible that you have an extra space or some other slight difference in the spelling of the discount code that is not being registered. Edit the code so that instead it is a simple code that is just a single number or letter to see if that works as a discount.]]>

The Product is selected from the pull-down box. It has a name along with a Discount Code, just 1. It is set to expire at the end of this month and is correctly formatted.
Max use is 5
Max Item Quantity is 1
Discount is set to 74.99 for a $75 product
Min Item Total is 0.00
Both the "Flat" and "Applies To" field are unchangeable and are greyed out.

Submit button replies with "Discount Credited"

When the Product is ordered from the site, the pop-up window shows with a Discount Code box. Entering the Discount Code and hitting Update returns a pop-up window that states "Invalid Discount Code."

What is wrong with the configuration and how to I get this to work? ASAP?]]>
