That says to me, he doesn't really know what the "browser" is, and I'm not sure I want to bother him with it. It also says, chances are good he's not installed another browser on his computer, so I'd default to Explorer. Just a hunch. :)]]>

I'm figuring this is simply a browser issue, and I've asked for system and browser details but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else experienced this with any of your customers? Only been with e-junkie for a couple weeks, and this is the first bug I've hit. I'm probably just going to get his shipping info and request money from PayPal, but would like to know if this is common.
