Would be really nice to have the option of "United States" (Lower 48 states)

Shipping only to the United States except Hawaii and Alaska

Cost of shipping based on cart total

0.01-20.00 = $7.00
20.01 - 40.00 = $9.00
40.01-70.00 = $11.00
70.01 - 90.00 = $13.00
90.00+ = $15.00

I'd also like to be able to do things like free shipping to certian states and over x amount during certain periods.. but I suppose Ic an probably do that via coupons/dicsount codes?]]> E-junkie Discussions; macross
