Guess I'll have to wait until the next buyer comes along and hope for the best...

THANK YOU for getting back to me - minutes seem like days when other people's money is involved.]]>

So, by "landing page" you were actually talking about a shopping cart that you'd added items to, testing as if you were a buyer building an order? Perhaps you had added the original product to your cart order, then you deleted that product in Admin and created a replacement product, and then when you added that new item to your testing cart order, the cart couldn't tell right away if the original product had just been deleted, so it still showed up in that particular test order.

If you're only selling the one product and not using Tax or Shipping calculations, perhaps it would be easiest if you just used a Buy Now button for instant checkout, rather than using cart buttons?]]>

Ok, I'm going to delete the only product supposedly uploaded, and upload a replacement. Point taken about the cart button. Thx. Fingers crossed...]]>

Go to your Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select the affected product and click Edit, there on the first screen of product settings you will see a button to Upload Product File. Always remember to click Next until you can click Submit to save changes.

Your account currently only has one product created, and I could not find any extra products listed on your page, other than the two orange buttons you have for your one product. Clicking either of those buttons adds just that one item to my order in the cart. I don't know what "landing page" you might have meant that showed a choice of two products available?

Also, you should add your View Cart code to your page to take advantage of our nice overlay-style cart that works "inside" your own page (instead of opening the cart in a popup window like you have now).]]>

Seller has no file uploaded for this product currently. Please contact the seller at...

The product is there and buy-able according to shopping cart. Also - my Google Checkout is telling me the product has been charged/shipped, even though the buyers say there's no download.

This is a notice I keep getting from e-junkie:
--------------------------------------------------------------
Notification sent to twit4restos
--------------------------------------------------------------

This is a notification that you are selling a download for Twitter for Restaurants - A Comprehensive Guide but it does not have a file uploaded, and the user(xxx) was unable to download it for transaction ID xxx.

NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE. Thx]]>

The only other link to the cart is the "get the guide" big orange button, also on that same page. Its a widget so its the same code on all pages.]]>

If you delete a product in Seller Admin, you would need to remove any button codes that you'd pasted into your Web page for that product; deleting a product in Admin doesn't remove its button from your site automatically.]]>
