A quicker alternative may be for you to simply register a dummy login for E-junkie that you can join to your affiliate program. Just log out of Seller Admin, click your sign-up link which will take you to the E-junkie login/registration screen, then instead of logging into your existing account, use another email address you may have to register a new account.]]>

I haven't been able to join my own affiliate program. I used my own link, I'm logged in, I can edit my affiliate details, but when i get to select merchant, there is no merchant in the dropdown box. So i can't get the Affiliate code. I have not removed myself because i haven't been able to join.

I suspected it was just me, so i put it out to my prospective affiliates and 2 have joined, so i know it works. But i don't know why i can't test it.

any thoughts?

thanks again.

If you had previously joined your own program and then removed yourself via Seller Admin > View/Edit Affiliates, in that case you will be unable to rejoin your program, as deleting an affiliate from your program effectively bans them from rejoining. We can ask Development to un-ban you from your program, so you can rejoin again.]]>

(If perhaps I could, i'm guessing the "get affiliate code" button would work?) is there a way to test this before i send it out to people?]]> E-junkie Discussions; HollyNoons Post #2 http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/3888/pg/0#post12324 http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/3888/pg/0#post12324 Tue, 24 Nov 2009 01:12:19 GMT
This help page explains the basic functions of using the E-junkie affiliate system as an affiliate:
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.for-affiliates.htm

It is each seller's responsibility to provide support to their own affiliates. E-junkie is just an automated software service that thousands of merchants (sellers) use to manage their own Affiliate program independently, so we have no way of knowing what instructions they may want you to follow or how they choose to administer their program using our software.]]>

Doesn't do anything. Nothing happens. I can't select a merchant and I can't send out this affiliate program until this is working so I'm quite stuck.

I'm on a mac in Firefox but Safari didn't work either.

Any insight would be most welcome.
Thank you!
