As for the failure notices from GC I don't believe we have any other buttons set up anywhere, nor other products for sale. Though, we did set up the GC account before we activated and started using the cart, so am assuming that these failure reports are from earlier purchases and that they must be reattempting to send the notification regulalry. If this is the case will they stop the reattempts after a while, or will we have to do something else?

Guess maybe this is a google issue, and I should raise it with them, tho you may have some knowledge or experience you would be willing to share on this?]]>

Regarding the failure notices from GC, make sure you have deleted all non-E-junkie purchase buttons you might have been using for sales via GC before you started with E-junkie. Since you are getting at least some GC transactions logged, that indicates your GC integration with E-junkie is set up properly, so those failure notices sounds like GC is trying to notify our system about a completed sale that never originated through our system to begin with. You must use your E-junkie-issued purchase buttons and ONLY E-junkie buttons if you want E-junkie to process all your sales.

It sounds like you should be able to get by with our basic $5/mo plan, which allows you to configure up to 10 different products to sell and includes up to 50MB total space for download storage on our server. Also, you may find this help page useful for selling bundled files:

today, since 9am(GMT)<0.00mst> 7 orders have been made, using paypal & google, e-junkie notifications only stand at 5 though. I did immeadiately think that this may have been the continuing issue wirth google, but it seems that notification has been sent from ejunkie. Looking at transaction log, they are all visible there, so curious why no notification

Not sure if it is connected with the 'callback' procedure, but am still getting emails as above from google.
---

Also, need some advice on price plan if we want to switch from the trial period to the paid version.

As we are currently only selling 1 'tangible' product, with no variations, which plan would we join?

Would this be different if we wanted to make available 3 digital files in a bundle, file size approx 1mb.

We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://www.e-junkie.com/gc/------/ResponseHandler.php As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk or other notifications.

To help you identify the issue with your callback URL, please review the errors we encountered while sending notifications to you. To review this error information:

1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
2. Click the Tools tab.
3. Click Integration Console.

Error messages will appear under 'Integration Issues.' If necessary, you can also update your callback URL in the 'API callback URL' box on the same page.

For more information about receiving notifications via the notification API, visit http://code.google.com/apis/checkout/developer/index.html#notification.

--------------

We have had notification of 9 orders since installing the cart a few hours ago. Usually google checkout accounts for 25-30% of payments, and we have only had one, which did take almost 30mins to be authorised.

Please advise....]]>
