The only other way to offer gift certificate is through PayPal ... but they don't even give you the $$ until someone uses the gift certificate ... which can take a while. And I think that is just bad business.]]>

I would like to be able to offer the gift certificates to my customers which would generate a unique code for each purchase to be redeemed through the shopping cart.

BUT if I add this one item to my e-Junkie account then I am charged as a download customer instead of a tangible items customer. When I am really not taking up any download server space at all, and am simply storing a few codes for purchase.

Please let me know if there is some way to accomplish what I am trying to do without having to pay for a download account.
