I checked your site and was unable to reproduce the problem. Barbados, like Ireland would have no problem adding in a shipping amount as neither country has postal codes. Any country with postal codes needs an appropriate postal code entered in for shipping to be added to the cart.

If you try the first book, The Impossible Casebook of Sherlock Holmes, you'll find shipping isn't added for almost any country. But for some reason shipping is added for the country Barbados. I haven't tried the entire list but 99% of the countries aren't adding shipping costs.
