I'm using a simple yahoo template website and only selling two products, one of which is an e-book. I set everything up, but I have only had one person who was able to dowload it successfully.. big fun refunding everyone else's money! What might be going on? Why would one person have no problem, but everyone else isn't being provided the link for the download? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
