I am going to hold onto the affiliate program for a bit and see if it works. I would like one of my affiliates to sell something so I can test the money transaction process.

BUT, PLEASE, MY APOLOGIES for blaming E-J when it was my fault.]]>

But that has been but the beginning of my problems. I just can't get my products to link correctly to go to different pages. (That was the issue my affiliate contacted me about.) I've been in contact with Support about this issue several times, but there has been no resolution.

I am truly on the brink of stopping the affiliate program. The written instructions in EJ contradict what Support told me to do. A book that I bought online hasn't got it right. My affiliate no doubt thinks I am an absolute doofus because I can't get the settings right. And I have no faith at all that EJ can handle the financial transaction right when they can't get the settings set up right.

And I'm no beginner at EJ. I actually wrote a book for those starting EJ and have it posted at SBI for all its members.

Either EJ has to simplify its setup, or it has to hire someone who knows how to write an instruction book. (No, not me. I'm busy enough with my website.) This level of confusion is absolutely unacceptable. If you have to charge a few dollars a month more in order to afford it, do it. But don't become a third class provider.]]>

This came to my attention today because I am trying to check a problem that one of my real affiliates mentioned. How can I pretend to be an affiliate? I hate to ask about problems that I haven't verified myself.

Thanks.
