Make sure the product does not have Enable Templated Email checked with nothing in the Email Message field above that. Our system cannot use a template to generate an email if there is no template provided. :^)

I'm brand new here and have set up my first product and am working through the rest of the site. I tried to send a free download link to myself using 2 different email addresses, but it never goes through. It does show up on my download log though. What am I doing wrong and why aren't these emails getting sent?
