About all we could suggest for your fee quotes on large-order shipping would be to configure free shipping for orders above a certain total amount or quantity, though you'd want to be clear to buyers that you will charge them separately for shipping and allow them to cancel the order for a full refund if they don't accept the shipping rate you quote.]]>

I've placed a flat shipping fee for orders world wide, but for much larger orders (quantity wise) would prefer to re-negotiate on the fee (I'd tell them to contact me via email for larger orders).

The problem is that I do not know how to stop customers from making larger orders without contacting me first (and agreeing on a different shipping fee).
