However, the email from e-junkie says that the "order was not processed due to possible fraud."

How can this be when PayPal cleared the e-check? I have the transaction ID, but when I try to enter it in E-junkie to reactivate, it says transaction ID not found (obviously because it wasn't processed)

I need to get the downloads to the customer and need this corrected today please. Who can I talk to?]]>
